Thank you for taking your time to read this letter.

We would like to encourage, and help you to "Mobilize the church".

Besides seeing souls added to the Kingdom, one of our focus points in ministry is on seeing the Church being that living body God wants it to be.  A fellowship where every person is fanning into flame the gift(s) of God they have received.

We believe that we are all called, to be a part of God's plan.

In the last years, many churches have tried hard to reach out to the lost, and hoped and wished that their visitors would come back .

Numbers of churches around the USA and Europe, have tried to implement the so called "Visitor friendly" concept. Some churches have brought in different forms of entertainment, others even adjusted the language of the message.

I am not trying to say that this is wrong.    Even the Apostle Paul said that we have to "become all things to all men....so that by all possible means we might save some." - (1 Cor. 9:22). This of course without compromising the Word of God, or lowering God's standard for the church.

We too, want the church to be filled, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and grow.

It is our thoughts, that beside looking at what people want, we need to recognize and focus on what they need.

In our ministry we try to communicate that all of us, are called in ministry.

I believe that every church ought to have at least three (3) ministries in place.

1. The ministry of Encouraging.

2. The ministry of Exhortation.

3. The ministry of Enlightenment (Education).

We believe also that when we all use our God given gifts and talents, we all can, and we all should be involved in at least one of these ministries !

The next thing I try to communicate is that every person has a number of needs. Christian or not, God put it there !

1. The need for Security.

2. Significance.

3. Love.

4. Fulfillment.

These 4 things together release a sense of joy, peace and happiness. - This "math lesson" sounds a little secular, and that is true. But it is very important that we do not ignore these facts. It will change you - your church - your community - your country........

Can you imagine what would happen when we recognize these things, and use it to (our) - God's advantage ?

We believe that when you allow the Holy Spirit to touch these area's of needs in the church, and in your community. You could have a genuine revival.

Some of the topics of our teachings and strategies are:

* Making your church visitor friendly, without compromising the Word of God. It gives some revelation on what visitors look for in a church. It's about the first Impression and meeting some of their wants and their needs.

* Mentoring, an important part of discipleship. - It encourages people to value, build and strengthen relationships in and outside the church. - Our complete outline on mentoring covers different time lines, - Encourage people to look and identify our culture for what it is. - It reveals some practical things we can do, to mentor our protege. - Could be a great tool to help kids stay out of trouble, and could prevent others in backsliding. - It creates unity in the church.

* The Agape ministry. ( This tool could go hand in hand with the mentoring ministry) This is a ministry that assures that every person in the church is prayed for and cared for. It can be adjusted to every church, and every culture. This outline could also be the pillars / outline, for home or cell groups. However, because not every one has the time to be involved in the "cell group ministry", they are still reached, and loved. This ministry could also encourage more people to get involved in ministry. ( It is like a fishing net. Nobody is forgotten or ignored, and Everybody is involved.)

* Urban school of ministry.    Teaching a mini discipleship at your church - see link.

Other teaching topics:

* Following Jesus.  - The meaning, the requirements, and the results of being a Christian.

* The NEED for the Holy Spirit in our lives - Church.

* Other Areas of Practical Evangelism and Discipleship, - How, What, Where..., You decide When !

* Leadership training. Creating strong leaders. Giving people Biblical examples of Godly leaders.

* Marriage and family relationships. ( Including: Helping parents to set healthy boundaries for their child . A church family will never be healthier then the relationships they have at home).

In general, when I go to a church for extended services, and the pastor has requested to focus on "Mobilizing the church", I like to begin by revealing the need, ( Without accusing them of being bad ) followed by giving the people a Biblical revelation of "what could be".

During that time I hope to motivate the people to say, " bring it on" !

I try to be loving, real and straight with them, but I also want them to relate to the message. People, especially the younger generation, are (in general) experience oriented. After that, we hope that the pastor will follow up.

It is our desire to stand beside the pastor, and encourage the pastor in his ministry.

We recognize that there are a lot of things the pastor can not do, or say. We try to be that bridge between him, and the congregation. We are always available to do follow ups.

I hope to have given you the answer you were looking for. Please let us know if you have any questions. Looking forward to your response, God bless you !
